| Seeing the game The external forces shaping how you think, work, and make decisions. Often without realising it. | Where am I operating from? A deeper look at your current state across value, visibility, and trajectory. Understanding where you actually are, not where you assume you are. |
| Decision quality How you have been making decisions. Where you are defaulting, hesitating, and what is keeping you in current patterns. | Direction and optionality The directions actually available to you. What you are not allowing yourself to consider, and what feels aligned versus familiar. |
| Personal operating model Translating insight into something usable. How you want to operate going forward, and what might need to change to support that. | Complementary work Alongside the guided sessions, the reset includes a small number of complementary practices and carefully selected contributors that support both clarity and integration. |

what changed afterwards.
The Weekend Reset isn’t about collecting insights. It’s about creating the clarity to make better decisions once you return to everyday life. Three months after our first Reset, participants shared how the weekend shapes the way they think, decide and move forward.
One participant described becoming far more intentional about protecting their time, energy and peace. Three months later, they’re still actively practising saying no, carrying less that isn’t theirs to carry, and approaching vulnerability differently.
“The realization that strength isn’t about holding it together all the time.”
Head of operationsFor another participant, the biggest shift wasn’t a single decision. It was having a better filter for making decisions. Instead of trying to do everything, they became clearer on their priorities and more confident in their capabilities.
“Is this taking me in the right trajectory?”
EntrepreneurOne participant attended shortly before negotiating a new role. Rather than focusing only on salary, she clarified what actually mattered: flexibility, leave entitlement, profit sharing and clear expectations. She walked away with a package better aligned with what she wanted.
“The tools and space provided during the Reset helped me think more clearly about myself, my goals and what I wanted from this next chapter.”
